home visit: Newborn Sleep Shaping

$150

The ultimate baby shower gift!

This proactive package is great for expectant or new parents.  During an in-home visit we equip parents with tools and knowledge on how best to establish healthy sleep habits from a young age.

This package includes:

  • 2 hour home visit.

  • Morning visits are better for newborns.

  • Age appropriate awake times and biological nap windows.

  • Tips on nursery set up to achieve an optimal sleep environment.

  • Guidance on age appropriate settling techniques that help encourage longer periods of sleep.

 

Suitable for ages 0 - 12 weeks.

2 hour home visit.

home visit: day time

Our most popular package by far.  This 2.5 hour home visit achieves the best results.

We will travel to your home to talk through your baby's complete bespoke sleep plan and guide you through settling your baby.  

Hands-on demonstrations of your chosen sleep training technique will leave you confident and ready for sleep success.

This package includes:

  • 2.5 hour in-home visit.

  • Written sleep assessment and customised sleep plan.

  • Written review of sleep issues and suggested solutions.

  • Sleep log.

  • Nutritional advice.

  • Nap routines or nap schedule.

  • 2 weeks of phone and email follow-up support.

 

Suitable for ages 16 weeks - 4 years+

2.5 hour in-home visit.

Daytime between 8.00am - 2.00pm.

Our evening visits, with hands-on guidance, will give you the confidence to make changes and achieve better sleep for your child.

This package includes:

  • 3 hour in-home visit.

  • Written sleep assessment and customized sleep plan.

  • Written review of sleep issue/s and suggested solutions.

  • Sleep log.

  • Nutritional advice.

  • Nap routines or nap schedule.

  • 2 weeks of phone and email follow-up support.

 

Suitable for ages 16 weeks - 4 years+

3 hour in-home visit.

Evening between 5.00pm - 10.00pm.

2 weeks of phone and email follow-up support.

Night-time wakes ups can be stressful and tiring for the whole household.  Self-settling, rocking and feeding to sleep, weaning off dummies ... whatever your night-time issue we can help with this extensive, hands-on, night-time package.

This package includes:

  • 6 hour in-home visit.

  • Written sleep assessment and customised sleep plan.

  • Written review of sleep issues and suggested solutions.

  • Sleep log.

  • Nutritional advice.

  • Nap routines or nap schedule.

  • 2 weeks of phone and email follow-up support.

 

Suitable for ages 16 weeks - 4 years+

6 hour in-home visit.

Having an experienced sleep consultant right there next to you, guiding you through those nightly 2 hourly wake-ups, and supporting you as night turns to day, is the most efficient way to solve your child’s night time sleep problems.

This overnight package helps parents gain the confidence required to make some important changes in order to achieve a good night’s sleep.

This package includes:

  • 12 hour in-home visit.

  • Written sleep assessment and customised sleep plan.

  • Written review of sleep issues and suggested solutions.

  • Sleep log.

  • Nutritional advice.

  • Nap routines or nap schedule.

  • 2 weeks of phone and email follow-up support.

 

Suitable for ages 16 weeks - 4 years+

12 hour in-home visit

Night-time between 6.00pm - 6.00am

2 weeks of phone and email follow-up support.

In this one hour phone or Skype consultation we discuss the various sleep training techniques available and together we will choose the best fit for your baby's temperament.

This package includes:

  • 1 hour phone/Skype consultation.

  • Written sleep assessment and customised sleep plan.

  • Written review of sleep issues and suggested solutions.

  • Sleep log.

  • Nutritional advice.

  • Nap routines or nap schedule.

  • 2 weeks of phone and email follow-up support.

Coffee Group/Mothers Group Talk

$20 p/p

Coffee or mothers groups have always been a great way to share parental tips and advice.  Sleep Works would love nothing more than to rock up to your next gathering in order to answer any sleep questions you have.  Our chat can be tailored to your little ones' ages and stages.

Groups need to have a minimum of 5 attendees and travel charges outside of Hamilton may apply.  For larger groups or organisations please enquire about special pricing.

This package includes:

  • 1.5 hours of sleep advice at a location of your choice.

  • Tip sheets on how to develop healthy sleep habits.

 

Suitable for ages 0 weeks - 4 years+

1.5 hours of sleep advice at a location of your choice.

$20.00 per person (minimum group of 5)

Follow-up support not included.

Fine tune your package by adding another week of phone and email support within 3 months of purchasing your original package. 

Ideal for those clients whose support has ended, but feel they need a routine check, a run-over of the next stage, or for quick problem solving.

Additional week of follow-up phone and email support:  $50.00.

Second child:   20% off total invoice.
