Home Visits

Day or night, the choice is yours.  A certified sleep works consultant will travel to your home and talk you through your baby’s complete bespoke sleep plan and guide you through settling your baby.  Relax in the comfort of your own home whilst we answer all your questions and provided hands-on support.

Home consults get amazing results! Parents feel relaxed in their own home, and there is plenty of time to go over all your questions, your bespoke sleep plan and to review your baby’s sleeping environment. You will be given hands-on demonstrations of your chosen sleep training technique, so that by the time we leave you will be confident and ready for success!  

There are 5 different home visits to choose from: Each visit (excluding Newborn Sleep Shaping) comes with your baby's personal customised sleep plan, follow-up phone support (scheduled over 2 weeks) and daily comments and advice around your 24hr sleep log.

You will start by filling out an in-depth questionnaire to provide us with a clear understanding of the current sleep situation.  Based on this information Sleep Works will put together your baby’s customised sleep plan with recommendations around sleep environment, diet, nap schedules, sleep props, developmental stages and more. This will be emailed to you.

Newborn Sleep Shaping (Morning Visit)

  • $150.00

  • Suitable for newborns aged 0 weeks - 12 weeks (and for expectant parents).

  • 2 hour in-home visit.

  • Visits take place between the hours of 8.00am - 12.00pm.

  • Age appropriate awake times and biological nap windows.

  • Tips on nursery set up to achieve an optimal sleep environment.

  • Guidance on age appropriate settling techniques that encourage longer periods of sleep.

  • Follow-up support is NOT included.

Day Time Visit

  • $280.00

  • Suitable for ages 16 weeks - 4 years+.

  • 2.5 hour in-home visit.

  • Visits take place between the hours of 8.00am - 2.00pm.

  • Written sleep assessment and customised sleep plan.

  • Written review of sleep issues and suggested solutions.

  • Sleep log.

  • Nutritional advice.

  • Nap routines or nap schedule.

  • 2 weeks of phone and email follow-up support.

Evening Visit

  • $300.00

  • Suitable for ages 16 weeks - 4 years+.

  • 3 hour in-home visit.

  • Visits take place between the hours of 5.00pm - 10.00pm.

  • Written sleep assessment and customised sleep plan.

  • Written review of sleep issues and suggested solutions.

  • Sleep log.

  • Nutritional advice.

  • Nap routines or nap schedule.

  • 2 weeks of phone and email follow-up support.

Night-time Visit

  • $400.00

  • Suitable for ages 16 weeks - 4 years+.

  • 6 hour in-home visit.

  • Visits take place between the hours of 5.00pm - 12.00am.

  • Written sleep assessment and customised sleep plan.

  • Written review of sleep issues and suggested solutions.

  • Sleep log.

  • Nutritional advice.

  • Nap routines or nap schedule.

  • 2 weeks of phone and email follow-up support.

Overnight Visit

  • $600.00

  • Suitable for ages 16 weeks - 4 years+.

  • 12 hour in-home visit.

  • Visits take place between the hours of 6.00pm - 6.00am.

  • Written sleep assessment and customised sleep plan.

  • Written review of sleep issues and suggested solutions.

  • Sleep log.

  • Nutritional advice.

  • Nap routines or nap schedule.

  • 2 weeks of phone and email follow-up support.

Phone consultatioNS

  • $200.00

  • Suitable for ages 16 weeks - 4 years+.

  • 1 hour phone/Skype consultation.

  • Written sleep assessment and customised sleep plan.

  • Written review of sleep issues and suggested solutions.

  • Sleep log.

  • Nutritional advice.

  • Nap routines or nap schedules.

  • 2 weeks of phone and email follow-up support.

You will start by filling out an in-depth questionnaire to provide us with a clear understanding of the current sleep situation.  Based on this information Sleep Works will put together your baby’s customised sleep plan with recommendations around sleep environment, diet, nap schedules, sleep props, developmental stages and more. This will be emailed to you.  

Sleep Works supports you over the phone with an initial 1-hour consultation, where we will give you all the vital step by step information that you need to follow this fully customised plan. You will be given the confidence to implement this plan without a hands-on demonstration.  Along with follow up phone calls (that will be scheduled over 2 weeks of support) we will be there to celebrate your success as you progress over this time and answer your questions, and making adjustments if needed.

Also included is email support for reviewing sleep logs every 24 hours. With your new sleep plan and our phone/email support, you will have the confidence to make changes in order to achieve better sleep for your baby. (Note: additional follow-up support is available).

coffee group/mothers group talkS

  • $20 per person – minimum of 5 per group.

  • Suitable for ages 0 weeks - 4 years+.

  • Location of your choice.

  • 1.5 hours of sleep advice including gentle ways to settle your newborn, age appropriate nap schedules and awake windows, sleeping through the night, and good & bad sleep associations.

  • There will be time set aside for answering questions and each mum will be provided with a tip sheet with the relevant information in how to develop healthy sleep habits.

  • The talk can be booked and tailored to your babies specific ages you can take home age appropriate nap schedules for your baby.

  • Travel charges may apply for areas outside Hamilton.

  • For large groups or organizations please inquire about special pricing.

  • Follow-up support is NOT included.
